Everyone always asks me how I get my hair so shiny and healthy looking and the answer is as simple as coconut oil. It is so simple  anyone can do it. I use coconut oil from Costco.

Step one 

start with dry brushed hair

Step two

rub hands together to melt the coconut oil, it will melt with the warmth of your hands. Rub it all over your head massaging into your scalp.  Some people say not to put it on the scalp because it is hard to get out and will appear greasy after but if you shampoo it out correctly that won’t be s problem.

Step 3

tie your hair up and wait! It’s best to do it over night and wash it in the morning you don’t have to leave it it over night  but you must leave it on for a few hours!

When shampooing it out make sure to use hot water and shampoo twice then condition. I recommend doing it once a month. My hair has never looked better it’s strong, shines and my scalp is never dry.
