4 ways for a better sleep

Hey guys, so as a stay at home mom it’s hard to ever get enough sleep (for me anyways). I’m always tossing and turning and trying to think of what needs to be done. I start planning the next day, I stay up late trying to get things done and end up not getting enough sleep! So lately I’ve been trying new ways to help me get better sleep and these are the best four to me!

NUMBER 1

Stretch! Stretch every morning and every night! Me and my daughter do it together we love it! If I don’t stretch before bed my back hurts throughout the night so I focus on my back!

NUMBER 2

Turn off the iPad! Turn off your electronics and read a book! The lights from electronics make it harder for you to sleep! You can lay in bed and read or even relax in a nice bath and pick up a book.

A bath! I take a bath every night before bed it really helps me relax! Like I said above you can read in there or meditate.

Number 4

Beleive it or not.. BANANAS !! Yup bananas help you sleep 😴 and they also help my kids sleep through the night too! If you have a sweet tooth at night like me they are great for that too.

I’m finally sitting down after a long day. After a night of tossing ,turning and a bit of a cold I forced myself to get ready to take the kids out and I’m glad I did. The sun was shining and the Weather was just beautiful! We played in the leaves and had a great time. After all the playing we decided to have a little picnic at a cozy little picnic spot we found.

Do to this crazy weather we are having I went with off white cozy short sleeve turtle neck, some tight jeggings so I could easily run around and some little booties comfortable to walk in.

Well it’s that time of year again where it is getting cold … very cold.. I didn’t realize how cold I was getting until I stepped outside yesterday and didn’t have a coat on!

As it transitions from fall to winter I needed to put a look together that I won’t get too hot in but won’t be freezing in at the same time! This is a look I wear hopping when I’m heading In and out of stores on chilly days!

For this outfit I have on a black turtle neck winter dress, black tights, my fabulous fur vest, and my little booties

Black gym wear

Stylish gym wear

I keep an active lifestyle and I’m always looking for gym clothes that are comfortable, make me look good and most importantly feel good!

 

I came across these cute cute gym outfits from CCR brand. They are both very comfortable and I can move and workout easily in them.

The first look is this multi coloured pant and top. The pants are perfect length for my long legs, and the material is very comfortable. The pants are nice and thin so I don get too hot during my workouts.

The second look is these sexy pleather mesh cut out pants and top. They are a little shorter on my long legs but I still love them just as much.

I love wearing these out and showing them off everyone always asks me where they are from

Better sleep

One thing I know being a busy mother of two it’s very important I get enough sleep or I will be cranky! I’ve tried many different things to help me get a better sleep with out tossing and turning all night and came up with a short list of what works for me.

NUMBER 1

The first thing that helps me get a better sleep is stretching! If I do not stretch I will wake up with a sore back or sore body! I guess that’s what happens when you get older! Anyways I always stretch first thing in the morning and before I go to sleep. I’m no expert at yoga but I do my best to try new moves and different ways to stretch out my body. For me my worst part is my back so I focus on that! You can choose to focus on any problems you are having!

NUMBER 2

The second thing that helps me get a better sleep at night is putting away my iPad! I know it is hard to put it down and stop looking and pinning things but if you really want to get to sleep faster and a better rest you need to turn it off! If you feel like reading then read a book! I always read self powering books πŸ“š go to a book store and find something you find interesting!

Bananas! Yes apparently bananas help you get a better sleep 😴 I’ve personally tried it and it works for me! Plus I always have a sweet tooth at night so this helps with that! Β You can make a banana tea, Β or just eat a 🍌 banana

A bath! This is one of ways to help,you get to sleep I always take one right before bed it relaxes my body and feels,good after a long day chasing kids and cleaning.
